Hey there! Just wanted to let you know that you can find my awesome mockups in various marketplaces like Creative MarketGraphic RiverFilter Grade, Yellow Image, and Crella. However, I wanted to give you a heads up that the prices there may be a bit higher due to the commission fees they charge me for selling on their platforms.

If you’re interested in purchasing my mockups, I highly recommend buying them directly from my website. Not only will you save a bit of cash, but I’ll also be able to make a fair profit to keep creating more cool products like these. Thanks for your support, and happy designing!

After selecting the desired mockup and adding it to the cart, proceed to checkout where they will be asked to fill in your billing details. These details are necessary for the store to process and deliver the order. The checkout page typically displays a summary of the order, including the product(s) selected, their quantity, and the total cost.

Once has verified all the information, proceed to payment. The store supports various payment gateways such as PayPal and Stripe for credit/debit card payments.

After completing the payment, you will receive a confirmation of the order via email.

To access your digital files, simply click on the link to your account, log in with your credentials, and navigate to the “downloads” section. In this section, you will find a list of all the products you have purchased, along with the corresponding download links.

When you click on the download link for a particular product, a pop-up window will appear, prompting you to choose where you want to save the file on your computer or device. Make sure to save the file in a location where you can easily find it later, such as your desktop or a specific folder.

It’s important to note that your ability to access your digital files may be dependent on your internet connection, and the size of the file may impact how long it takes to download. Additionally, some stores may have limits on how many times you can download a file, so be sure to download and save your files in a safe place for future use.

Mockup Support

Great question! A mockup is a digital tool used by designers to showcase their designs as realistic and professional-looking visuals. It allows you to see how your design will look in the real world before you go to print or publish it online.

Let’s say you’re designing a book cover for a client. You’ve got the design all worked out in Photoshop, but how can you show the client what the final product will look like in the real world?

That’s where a mockup comes in. With a book cover mockup, you can easily drop in your design and see how it would look on a physical book, complete with realistic shadows, textures, and lighting. This allows you and your client to see exactly how the finished product will look before you even send it to the printer.

Using a mockup can also save you time and money. Instead of having to take photos of a physical product or print out a test version of your design, you can simply use a mockup to create a realistic preview. This way, you can make any necessary adjustments to your design before you spend time and resources on printing or manufacturing.

So, whether you’re a designer, photographer, or creative professional, mockups can be an invaluable tool for presenting your work in a realistic and professional way.

To use Photoshop mockups that utilize smart objects, you will need Adobe Photoshop CS4 or a more recent version. Smart objects were introduced in CS2, but CS4 introduced the ability to edit the contents of smart objects directly within the main document window. Therefore, it is recommended to use at least CS4 or a newer version of Photoshop to ensure compatibility and full functionality with smart object-based mockups.

All my mockups have the same layered structure with small variations depending on the type of mockup. But it will be very easy to identify the layers to edit as they are all renamed and marked with specific colors to identify purple smart objects and effects like colored layers, shadows and glows, yellow color.

In the folder called FX you will identify effect layers for shadows and glows, which you can modify by increasing or decreasing the opacity depending on the design or image you use. I also add smart objects to customize the background of most mockups.

I invite you to watch my youtube channel where I have some tutorials editing some mockups.

All my mockups have a green layer called Help Guide where it shows the steps that explain how to use the file. And also a PDF that has tutorials on how to edit the file.
I have some tutorials on my youtube channel. But if you still need a tutorial for the mockup you purchased, let me know and I will be happy to explain how to do what you want.

Technical Questions

If if you get the message that you don’t have access or an xml code appears on the screen let me know immediately so I can correct the download link.
If you download go slow. Well, all my files are hosted on Amazon s3 servers; there is almost a no better solution for hosting big files. I suggest shutting down all apps that may use traffic, like Netflix, torrents, etc. Download files one by one and choose a time when your local network is not overloaded.

If you still have trouble with the download, please contact me, and we will provide you with alternative download links.
